John Paul (J.P.) Ditty

J.P. Ditty is a Managing Director of KPMG Corporate Finance LLC’s US Technology practice. J.P. serves and expands relationships with clients in the Technology sector with a focus on M&A advisory services and private capital raises. He has more than 17 years of experience in executing mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private placements, and tax and business advisory, including marketing, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation and management of day-to-day transactions. He is instrumental in ‘crafting the story’ for his clients and working with technology acquirers and investors to better understand clients’ technology, strategy and financial models.
