Rachel advises clients on the people aspects of organizational transformation. For over 15 years Rachel has worked with leaders to identify and effect lasting behavioural change, design and implement organization structures, systems and processes that support their strategic vision, uplift the capability of their people and nurture a culture which will enable their business to achieve its potential. Over the course of her career she has worked across multiple industries and functions delivering projects for a wide range of business imperatives ranging from growth through to serious financial difficulty, and has worked in multiple geographies including the UK, Germany, South Africa and the US. Her current role is in the Global People and Change Center of Excellence where she is responsible for global organization wide change proposition (which encompasses behavioural change management, change leadership and culture change). She works flexibly and is the mother to three young children.
