Olaf Buske

Olaf Buske is KPMG Lead Partner for the EU institutions and a proven specialist for public services.He leads KPMG’s EU engagement strategy as well as the teams working on EU contracts. He manages large framework contracts for various Directorate-Generals of the European Commission (external audit on grants, internal controls systems, evaluation etc.). His role with these contracts is to ensure high-quality deliverables, smooth delivery process, smart conclusions and good client relationships and satisfaction. Olaf has more than 19 years of experience related to audit and more generally governance improvement projects for the public and private sector.Olaf is in regular contact with KPMG Global leadership in particular for the EMA region to optimise KPMG capacity devoted to EU institutions. Olaf has extensive experience working in multicultural environments and liaising with EU officials.
