Michelle is a Director with the People & Change and the Health, Ageing & Human Services management consulting practices at KPMG Australia. She has more than 15 years of experience working for and alongside state and federal governments in workforce-related policy, planning and development, largely in healthcare. Michelle is passionate about helping her clients design the workforces needed to meet current and future opportunities and challenges in ways that enable, inspire and excite their team members.

Prior to joining KPMG in 2012, Michelle held managerial level roles with a state-level healthcare provider and an authority tasked with delivering a national, coordinated approach to health workforce reform.
