Michelle co-leads the KPMG Powered Enterprise for Government and Public Sector network and is the Powered HR and Finance lead for government in the UK. She helps public sector clients deliver improvements for employees and citizens by transforming organizations’ front, middle and back offices. For the last four years, she has overseen work across government, helping to deliver the government shared service’s agenda.

In her role as co-lead for the KPMG Powered Enterprise for Government and Public Sector team, she is responsible for proposition development and innovation, helping to understand the problems facing governments globally and ensure KPMG has solutions to these challenges.

Michelle has spent her career helping the public sector transform. She is passionate about building a fairer society and economy and understands that to do this in the most modern, digitally enabled and customer-centric way, government needs to focus not just on its outward-facing policy, but also how it operates.
