Jean-David has extensive experience in managing international projects involving business model and technological change, reorganisation and integration & separation. He has been in charge of People and Change operations in France since 2014. He supports general management and human resources teams in their international business transformation projects, including realigning top management, implementing managerial and organisation innovations, developing talent and managing change. He also helps HR professionals meet business transformation and optimisation challenges such as defining HR strategy, designing and implementing new organisational models, adopting strategic workforce planning, deploying HRIS projects and developing talent.
Graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas with a master’s degree in Economics
