KPMG in the U.S.
Eliza is the Global Head of Our Impact Plan, which outlines all of KPMG’s ESG (environmental, social and governance) commitments. Eliza works with our network of member firms to drive the execution of those commitments which will result in sustainable and impactful change within the 150+ countries in KPMG’s network. Since joining the organization more than two decades ago, Eliza has built her career on propelling innovation, operationalizing new concepts and driving strategic change. Her work and achievements have gained the trust of some of the most senior leaders in KPMG International, as well as influential member firm leaders that hold roles in global governance.
As a strong leader, Eliza is passionate about supporting others to achieve their own professional goals. She has mentored, and continues to mentor, many individuals through the KPMG University program. Additionally, she has been on panels for one of the organization’s Network of Women chapters and is on the leadership team of the KPMG Global Solutions Group.
Making an impact in my community and beyond
- A KPMG University mentor providing undergraduate students from universities partnering with KPMG in the US with strong support and coaching, enabling them to set goals and achieve success
- Judge for Enactus hackathon. Enactus connects student, academic and business leaders through entrepreneurial-based projects that empower people to transform opportunities into real, sustainable progress for themselves and their communities
- A “Hero for Babies” Red Cross blood donor that provides blood transfusions to infants in need
- Regular supporter of organizations making a positive impact in their communities in the areas of economic development, women’s empowerment and environmental sustainability
