Alton is the Consumer Insights Lead Partner for the Customer and Operations Group within KPMG’s Advisory Consulting Practice. He has more than 20 years of management and consulting experience specializing in the use of data, analytics and technology to help companies accelerate organic growth. Alton has served in executive sales, marketing, and general management roles for a number of leading information service providers with clients in a number of industries including financial services, communications, and retail. He spent 15 years in the Credit and Marketing Services industry leading the marketing and analytics offerings to major consumer and business-to-business companies. Prior to joining KPMG Alton served as the global lead of Customer Insight for a leading Consulting firm.
