KPMG is striving for a future where everyone feels included, and diversity is encouraged. We empower our people to be themselves and respect others – it’s core to our values and what we’ve always believed in.
We have been a part of the important conversation to drive gender equality for years – through partnerships with organizations like Women Corporate Directors (WCD), Equal Measures 2030, Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society, Catalyst, Women of the Future, G(irls)20 and Male Champions of Change; programs like the KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit hosted annually in conjunction with the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, or campaigns like our Women’s Voices video series, which focused on promoting the perspectives of women leaders. But while we are incredibly proud of the work we are doing to advance the role of women in the workplace and the success we see – we recognize there is always more we can do.
As we look to the future, we have a role to play in surfacing the practical steps that can be taken to inspire bold inclusion and empower change – whether that is from within, through our own people or by supporting businesses, government and society at large.
