These lists have been prepared solely for the purpose of compliance by KPMG member firms with  Regulation  (EU) No 537/2014 on specific requirements regarding statutory audit of public-interest entities and repealing Commission Decision 2005/909/EC. The lists are prepared by KPMG International Limited, a company limited by guarantee incorporated in England and Wales, which provides no professional services to clients. To the best of our knowledge, each list is accurate as of the date referred to at the top of the list. However, we cannot and do not warrant their accuracy at any given time.
