Sarah has overall responsibility for the Employment practice in Vietnam.
Sarah is a Canadian-trained lawyer registered with the Department of Justice in Vietnam with over 11 years of professional experience in legal services.
Sarah has been based in Vietnam for approximately six years, and during that time, worked for a large international firm as a member of the employment and labour group.
Sarah is the Co-Chair of the Human Resources & Training Committee of EuroCham in Vietnam, and in this role has consulted upon labour issues for the International Labour Organization, UN Women’s Development Programme and the European Parliament.
Prior to coming to Vietnam, Sarah acted as a litigator in Canada for a large international firm where her cases involved issues ranging from corporate fraud to contractual disputes to employment matters.
Sarah has extensive experience in advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with significant experience in dealing with employment and compliance issues in Vietnam.
Sarah also has experience in acting for clients in respect of large cross-border transactions such as global asset and share transactions.
