Ngoc has over 20 years of professional experience, including 7 years in the tax practice of another international accounting firm and a local advisory firm in Hanoi.

She has advised market entry and regulatory licensing requirements for various international companies across a broad of areas and industries including retail, banking and finance, pharma and health care, supporting industries, manufacturing, education and petroleum.

A highlight of her projects includes advising international bank on its Vietnam business restructuring and performing legal due diligence on its Vietnam operations; establishing representative offices, companies for various multinational entities in manufacturing, trading, pharmaceutical and education sectors; advising a number of foreign banks in setting up branches in Vietnam; assisting the establishment of several mega manufacturing projects in the North of Vietnam. Ngoc is also leading the merger filing support service of KPMG Law.
