Graduate - Strategy, Deals Graduate

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key project delivery team member
• Derive insights from data that inform client hypotheses.  Help the project team separate the “signal from the noise” to create impactful and relevant insights
• Work on several engagements simultaneously across different sectors, while driving delivery efficiency and innovation
• Work collaboratively with other service lines to develop cross-selling potential
• Work with manager and senior to deepen sectorial expertise to further credential our team
• Structure complex client problems in to “testable” hypotheses
• Support leadership in business development activities

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or less than 1- year experience in strategic management majors or related fields
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong logical thinking and aptitude in creative problem-solving
• Ability to take break challenging problems apart, and build testable hypotheses
• An understanding of the “case study” approach to problem solving
• An understanding of how to manipulate data to create insights, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
