Graduate - Complex Transaction Group, Deals Graduate

Job Description:

• Work as part of a team to participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements
• Study and analyze the financial statements of the company to assess the historical performance
• Analyze the raw financial data provided by client (i.e general ledger, trial balance, etc.)
• Conduct research from public sources including researches on industry, specific company or comparable companies / comparable transactions
• Contribute to or assist in drafting proposals, professional articles or marketing materials with a focus on winning work or enhancing the firm’s reputation
• Assist Seniors in other tasks when required
• Address any knowledge gaps through self-studying materials (i.e, relevant accounting standards, text books)

Requirement:

• Fresh graduates with major in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Foreign Trade, and other related fields
• Good analytical skills
• Diligent working style
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and team player
• Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” attitude with an ability to learn quickly
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
