Senior, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Location: Hanoi


Role Description:

  • KPMG Vietnam is looking for 1-2 candidates for the Senior – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central  Consultant. The candidates are required to be a HR specialist in SAP SF implementation for these roles. 
  • Work closely with client to consult and design HR process 
  • Work closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
  • Lead and manage teams or work streams to contribute to the Employee Central implementation and overall project success
  • Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

  • The employee ensures that works meet the quality standards set internally and as agreed with clients.


  • Work as part of the IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) and the SAP implementation engagements;
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
  • Manage and monitor tasks of HR function team members;
  • Deliver the WRICEF (stands for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), Identify and undertake testing procedures;
  • In-charge on any HR function issues as well as coordinate with SAP on any product issues;
  • Develop function specification documents and the related documents in the project;
  • Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects;
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required;
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members;
  • Directly report to Business Lead/ Project Manager.
  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Analyze business processes including root cause analysis
  • Implement industry and corporate processes across all related Human Capital applications (on premise and cloud)
Skill Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation experience or support experience
  • A minimum of 3 full cycle SAP HCM & SuccessFactors project implementations
  • Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors know how
  • University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
  • Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors know how
  • Good at logical thinking and problem solving.
  • Good communication in both business language;
  • Good at communication in English language is required;
  • Understanding of business processes and SAP HCM functions are the good points.
  • Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
