Location: Ho Chi Minh City

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming calls in bilingual and forward to the appropriate extension

• Receive all letters, packages, other correspondence and news. Follow up with the delivery man to ensure all the important/urgent items were delivered on a timely basis.

• Keep the reception area in order

• Maintain the meeting/video conference room booking system, greet office guest warmly.

• Request Caterer to serve beverage and clear meeting room after the meeting

• Support meeting host to handle meeting room setup, pick-up orders, distribute, setup and coordinate with Cleaner and Caterer to ensure the room is cleaned up after the meeting

• Book car for staff to take business trip

• Keep, maintain, distribute stationary as requested; maintain office supplies by checking stock, stocking

 

Requirements:

• College/University Degree

• Good at English (4 skills)

• Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position

• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Problem-solving skills

• Customer service orientation
