Key responsibilities

  • Managing emails and diaries, business contact list, organizing candidate and client meetings
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, in coordination with HR or Admin of KPMG
  • Monitoring workflow and reporting the same to Partners and Directors, following up workflow on behalf of Directors
  • Establishing, organizing hard files and digital files, and updating files following instruction of Partners and Directors
  •  Photocopying and scanning
  • Filing and managing both professional and administrative database of the law firm
  • Preparing first drafts of engagement letters following instruction of partner and directors
  • Assisting the professional staff with time recording and expenses recording
  • Preparing first drafts of invoices, expense reports
  • Following up expense claims for partner and directors, and the firm
  • Managing working facilities and stationaries
  • Generally providing support to the professional staff to allow them to concentrate on legal work
  • Organizing corporate trips, events and other administrative works of the firm

Extended functions:

Filing and following up with licensing authorities on licenses of the firm and professional staff of the firm, upon specific instruction of partner and directors in charge;

Filing and following up with licensing authorities on simple and straightforward legal services such as work permit, resident permit, foreign representative office, internal labour rules etc.



  • Microsoft Office and English proficiency.
  • Working autonomously and able to manage highly confidential information.
  • Capable of being, and willing to be, trained and fluent in all the firm’s systems which are relevant to the function including Sentinel, CEAC, conflicts clearance, IBS time, expense recording and billing, DMS, Worksites and precedents, so as to be proficient in them.
  • Smooth coordination within the function and other related functions of KPMG.
  • Highly responsive, accurate data processing.
  • Friendly and professional.
