Assistant / Senior / Assistant Manager, Deals Advisory - Infrastructure

Location: Hanoi

KPMG’s Deal Advisory-Infrastructure is recognized as one of the leading financial advisors for infrastructure projects and one of the world’s leading financial advisors in public private partnership (PPP) projects. The team provides financial advisory services across the lifecycle of infrastructure assets for public and private clients in all the major infrastructure sectors including power, water, waste water, transport, and social infrastructure. Geographical focus is Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Asia Pacific region.


Key responsibilities

Providing strategic, commercial and financial advice spanning the lifecycle of infrastructure projects to major corporate, public sector entities and infrastructure funds; service offerings of the team include the likes of:

  • public sector PPP procurement
  • bid/sell-side transaction advisory, project development advisory
  • financial feasibility, business case, commercial model study, market analysis
  • project finance model build, model review, PF debt raising advisory
  • policy and regulatory advisory

Working in a dynamic team environment on infrastructure projects across various sectors

Support on project/engagement management, client communication

Assisting in marketing and business development including proposal preparation and building client relationships

Liaising with other business units of KPMG including, but not limited to, Tax, Consulting, Legal and Transaction Services.



  • have at least 2-4 years of working experience (except for Assistant position). Working in a relevant industry or in a similar advisory environment is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
  • have a keen interest in infrastructure and project financing and a desire to learn new skills
  • possess strong quantitative and financial modeling skills complemented by a strong business and commercial acumen
  • be a self-motivated, confident individual, confident in interacting with senior team members and client
  • be a strong or exceptional performer
  • possess superior writing, communication and presentation skills
  • be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in additional regional language(s) is an added advantage
