Location: Hanoi | Ho Chi Minh City

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the following position, based in Ho Chi Minh: 



Assist in local and international travel bookings (ticket & hotel accommodation as travel request) for Consulting team follow KPMG policy.

Support & control color printing for team. 

Ensure all team know how to use printer & scanner.

Coordinate logistics needed for training, meetings. Assist in the administrative requests of department needs.

Assist on policy compliance for department including timesheets, overtime, and clean

Order stationary for Consulting team & control the fees stationary and paper order monthly.

Process all staffing schedule requests including book, change, and inform requestors if there is conflict

Reflect staff leave forms on Retain

Check timesheets, reconcile overtime claim forms and book leave on behalf of staff asrequired. Send weekly reminders of missing timesheets to your department by referencing the missing timesheet report.

Start and end time are correctly inputted in IBS timesheet entries if you are allowed to claim overtime.

Prepare proposal and/or engagement letter/contract with existing clients, type or translate document (for internal or external use) in accordance the KPMG template

Always proofread the deliverables you are providing to the client (engagement teams).

Follow KPMG formatting guidelines and use the latest templates.



Microsoft Office and English proficiency

Working autonomously and able to manage highly confidential information

Capable of being, and willing to be, trained and fluent in all the firm’s systems which are relevant to the function including Sentinel, CEAC, conflicts clearance, IBS time, expense recording and billing, DMS, Worksites and precedents, so as to be proficient in them

Smooth coordination within the function and other related functions of KPMG
