The Customer & Digital Consulting practice at KPMG continues to grow at a very rapid pace. To fulfill the demand we are looking for great people who want to be part of part of making KPMG ‘the clear choice in the Vietnam & Cambodia market for imagining, designing, building and securing customer obsessed organizations’.

You will be part of a team who will envision the future of our clients’ business in a digital world. You will think holistically about an organization seeking opportunities to leverage digital and exponential technologies to achieve the goals and objectives of an ever changing customer landscape. You will understand strategy, technology, design and process through the lens of customer experience. This work includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, facilitating ideation sessions and developing and communicating recommendations.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant (4+ years’ consulting or industry experience) to join our Customer & Digital Advisory practice with specific experience in the areas of Digital Strategy, Experience Design, Client Experience Strategy, and Customer Journey Mapping.



Key responsibilities

  • Perform activities to help clients define and execute a clear digital strategy that aligns with their value proposition.
  • Design and perform Design Thinking workshops with client to help client generate Innovation ideas, working with client’s team to develop prototype, User test to make idea become reality.
  • Understanding of key digital technologies, such as cloud, mobile, big data and social, along with the benefits and potential risks associated with leveraging these technologies.
  • Project management support: manage the delivery of a work stream within a project and ensure that activities are delivered in time, in budget and the quality of deliverables is met.
  • Conduct customer study to understand Customer Experience and design future customer experience journeys, using technology as an enabler.
  • Lead interview with client's employees, management team and other stakeholders
  • Lead and guide team members in data analysis/business analysis/data research
  • Interpretation of quantitative analysis results in order to extract the highlights
  • Develop approaches for solutions based on understanding client issues
  • Develop deliverables and present to clients
  • Establish relationships with client project stakeholders
  • Support in preparing business proposals and developing consulting solutions






  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering or Innovation
  • 4+ years of related experience in industry, including internships, experience in consulting or Financial Sector is considered an asset
  • Interest in data analysis, digital technology and Innovation
  • Skill in structuring and layering complex business problems, in interpreting and integrating analysis results and in drawing conclusions
  • Ability to multitask and function in a flexible manner and able to deal with work pressure
  • Ability to identify and understand a problem quickly and develop approaches to resolve the problem
  • Team-oriented and ability to coach team members
  • Excellent attention to detail and diligent care on quality of work
  • Entrepreneurial: You are proactive in taking initiatives and don’t give up easily
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both official languages (Vietnamese and English)
  • Availability to travel in Vietnam and Cambodia
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and Visio
  • Certificate in Design Thinking is an asset
