KPMG’s Risk Consulting is looking to recruit a candidate with strong knowledge and firm experience in Insurance industry to join our dynamic team, to provide world class consulting services to our Insurance clients, including:

• Actuary

• Underwriting

• Operations 

• Other services

 

Job Description:

• Manage risk consulting projects with Clients:

o Quality management: Working with Engagement leaders, subject matter experts and project team to deliver high quality outcome to Clients

o Time management: Coordinate with Client to ensure project is on track

o Cost management: Managing the resource allocation in the project for effective and efficient project delivery

• Assist in Business development: supporting Partners/ Directors in Business development; pro-actively managing client relationships, respond to client queries in an effective and timely manner

• Address any knowledge gaps through learning and adaptation as appropriate 

• Contribute to continuous team improvement

 

Requirements: 

• Background:

o At least 05 years’ experience in Insurance industry, preferably in Actuary, Underwriting, Operations 

o Having knowledge/ experience of Solvency ii is a plus

o Graduated with major in Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Banking, Tax, Law, Foreign Trade, or other relevant majors

o Master’s degree, MBA is a plus

o Professional qualifications: CII, ANZIIP, CIA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc. is a plus

• Language:

o Good command of business English 

• Skills & other requirements:

o Good analytical skills

o Strong organizational and time management skills

o Self-motivated and team player

o Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” attitude with an ability to learn quickly
