KPMG LLP’s Private Markets Group and the University of Michigan are kicking off the third annual QuantumShift Top Entrepreneurs in America program. The program brings together 40 successful founders, owners and CEOs of private, high growth U.S.-based companies for an intensive, peer-to-peer, learning, networking and collaboration session at the University of Michigan.

These leaders have a unique, five-day opportunity to learn from and share their expertise with talented industry professionals and distinguished faculty at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. The QuantumShift program content includes leadership, talent, culture, crisis management and building a legacy. Following completion of the program, members become part of the QuantumShift Fellows Network, an exclusive peer-to-peer network focused on continued problem solving, development and mentorship.

“QuantumShift recognizes the achievements of some of the nation’s top entrepreneurs through a rigorous nomination, application and selection process,” said Brian Hughes, national leader for KPMG LLP’s Private Markets Group. “Further, it helps these CEOs drive their already high-achieving companies to the next level of success.”

The third session of this high-level, intensive program will be held at Michigan Ross from May 6 - 11, 2018.

“Since we began this program in 2016, 80 leaders of fast growing companies have completed the five day QuantumShift program, and have taken with them the tools and inspiration that will help them continue to grow their businesses,” said Stewart Thornhill, executive director of the Zell Lurie Institute at Michigan Ross.

The program targets founders, owners and CEOs of successful, private, high-growth U.S. companies that are generating sustained sales revenue between $20 and $500 million. Companies should be experiencing sustained, high double-digit growth over a three year period. Nominees should have a personal net worth that is substantially tied to the success of the business, be committed to propelling the business to the next level, and be eager to learn, develop and collaborate with other entrepreneurial leaders during and after the program.
