With recovery and rebuilding efforts now underway in the wake of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria, KPMG LLP has launched a webcast series to help companies, employers, charities, contractors, insurers and others impacted by federally declared natural disasters to benefit from available tax relief.

“The recovery costs from Harvey, Irma, and Maria could easily exceed $200 billion, according to some estimates,” says Jeffrey C. LeSage, Americas Vice Chairman – Tax at KPMG. “We’ve launched our webcast series to help those affected by the disasters to identify and secure tax relief that may ease the financial burden of rebuilding during these truly difficult times.”

The KPMG TaxWatch Disaster Recovery Webcast Series is part of the firm’s broad-based efforts to help all those affected to recover from natural disasters.
