Seven entities determined to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy
The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the U.S. Commerce Department today released for publication in the Federal Register a final rule amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding seven entities to the entity list.
According to the final rule [PDF 284 KB], the seven entities have been determined by the U.S. government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States and will be listed on the entity list under the destination of the “People’s Republic of China.”
The final rule also corrects typographical errors in two existing entries on the entity list.
