Russia-related general licenses, amended FAQs, food security fact sheet, SDN list
The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today issued four Russia-related general licenses, published three amended “frequently asked questions” (FAQs) and a food security fact sheet, and deletions from OFAC's list of specially designated nationals (SDN list).
- General License 6B [PDF 159 KB]—Transactions related to agricultural commodities, medicine, medical devices, replacement parts and components, or software updates, the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, or clinical trials
- General License 25C [PDF 161 KB]—Authorizing transactions related to telecommunications and certain internet-based communications
- General License 30A [PDF 103 KB]—Authorizing transactions involving SEFE Securing Energy for Europe GmbH prohibited by Directive 3 under Executive Order 14024
- General License 44 [PDF 159 KB]—Authorizing the export or reexport of certain accounting services to U.S. individuals located in the Russian Federation
