Germany’s federal central tax office (BZSt) released guidance (CRS Newsletter 04/2022) with updated information concerning the common reporting standard (CRS) regime.

The updated information concerns:

  • Transmission of missing self-certification through BZSt online portal
  • Update to the communication manual
  • Update to the CRS glossary
  • Filling of technically optional fields
