Issuance of general licenses and updated SDN and SSI lists

The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today issued the following Russia-related general licenses.

  • General License 25B [PDF 161 KB]—Authorizing transactions related to telecommunications and certain internet-based communications
  • General License 36 [PDF 104 KB]—Authorizing the wind down of transactions involving public joint stock company Severstal
  • General License 37 [PDF 103 KB]— Authorizing the wind down of transactions involving Nord Gold PLC
  • General License 38 [PDF 104 KB]—Authorizing transactions related to pension payments to U.S. persons

In addition, OFAC has updated the specially designated nationals (SDN) list and the sectoral sanctions identifications (SSI) list. Read the OFAC release
