The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued the following actions in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine:
- Russia-related general licenses
- General License 25A [PDF 161 KB]—Authorizing transactions related to telecommunications and certain internet-based communications
- General License 33 [PDF 105 KB]—Authorizing the wind down of operations or existing contracts involving certain blocked entities
