Tax measures discussed in the mid-year budget review

The Minister of Finance on 16 May 2022 presented the mid-year budget review.

There were few tax measures discussed in the mid-year budget review. One anticipated measure is implementation of property tax, expected to begin in calendar year 2022. It is anticipated that the assessments for property tax would apply only with regard to residential property.
