No proposed changes to the corporate or individual (personal) tax rates

The 2022 budget for Newfoundland and Labrador was delivered 7 April 2022.

The province’s budget does not propose any changes to the corporate or individual (personal) tax rates.

However, the budget would eliminate the retail sales tax on home insurance for one year, and would introduce a new “green technology” tax credit and manufacturing and processing investment tax credit, among other changes.
