An extension of the FATCA and common reporting standard reporting deadlines

The tax authority in Guernsey announced an extension of the FATCA and common reporting standard (CRS) reporting deadlines to 31 March 2022 (from 31 January 2022).

The tax authority received requests for an extension of the reporting deadline in order to implement recent guidance (Bulletin 2021/6) released by the tax authority regarding the FATCA and CRS regimes. Read TaxNewsFlash
