Guidelines regarding the law on real estate transactions

A draft decree would provide updated guidelines regarding the law on real estate transactions.

Measures in the draft decree would:

  • Supplement the definitions of terms such as “real estate”, “real estate project”, “transfer of the whole real estate project”, “transfer of a part of real estate project”, “transfer of contract regarding purchase, lease purchase of houses, construction works”
  • Modify the conditions applicable for real estate enterprises such as revising the statutory capital requirement
  • Distinguish between small real estate transactions and “irregular” real estate transactions
  • Separate situations of transactions to be governed by the real estate transaction law and the law on investment
