CRS compliance form CSV file for bulk upload can now be uploaded to the DITC portal.

The Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC) of the Cayman Islands has updated the DITC portal user guide to include:

  • Instructions for financial institutions on uploading CSV files for bulk common reporting standard (CRS) compliance form submission on the portal
  • Instructions for correcting CRS compliance form validation errors

The CRS compliance form CSV file for bulk upload can now be uploaded to the DITC portal.

As a reminder, the deadline for filing the 2019 and 2020 CRS compliance forms is 15 September 2021.
