Cambodia: Online system for approval of imports by qualified investment projects, work permits

Automated central management system available for certain labour-filing and registration requirements

Automated central management system for certain labour-filing, registration requirements

A new online system is available for submitting a “master list” of construction material, machinery and production equipment, spare parts, and raw materials to be imported into Cambodia for qualified investment projects.

Investors in an eligible project can submit their master list applications via the online system (instead of manually submitting the information). In addition, the new online system can be used to apply for certain approvals, permits, and licenses with other government ministries.

Separately, an automated central management system is available for certain labour-filing and registration requirements (such as applications for work permits for both Cambodian and foreign employees).
