A reminder to register for e-commerce license, permit

The Ministry of Commerce issued Notification No. 1143 as a reminder to those persons and entities conducting e-commerce business activities in Cambodia of the requirement to apply for e-commerce licenses or permits.

Applications can be submitted electronically or directly with the Commercial Registration Department.

Persons or entities that conduct their e-commerce business without a license or permit will have their business activities terminated and will be subject to penalties.
