The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued a reminder that beginning this week there are interagency hearings regarding proposed tariff actions in the Section 301 investigations of digital services taxes adopted by Austria, India, Italy, Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.

The hearings begin today, May 3, 2021, and then continue on Thursday, May 6 through Monday, May 10, 2021.
The hearings’ schedule is as follows:
- Monday, May 3: Multi-jurisdictional hearing
- Thursday, May 6: United Kington, Italy, Spain, Austria,
- Friday, May 7: Turkey
- Monday, May 10: India
