Canada: Tax measures in 2021-2022 budget (Quebec)

Quebec’s 2021-2022 budget—delivered on 25 March 2021—does not contain any changes to the individual (personal) tax rates.


Tax measures in the 2021 budget would:

  • Decrease the small business income tax rate
  • Change the non-eligible dividend tax credit rate
  • Temporarily increase certain credits, including the investment and innovation tax credit and the refundable tax credit for on-the-job training periods
