The newsletter contains the following updates:

  • Taxpayers will be unable to submit CRS reports due to the transition to the new CRS schema v2.0, beginning from 8 January 2021. This applies for transmission via both the ELMA interface and the CRS form for individual data filers in the BZSt online portal for all types of reports in all reporting periods.
  • The CRS data transfer to the BZSt will then be available in February 2021, following the transition to the new CRS schema v2.0.
