Czech Republic: Changes to business law require actions
Changes to the business law, effective 1 January 2021, require action by corporations.
Czech companies must determine that their articles of association are in line with the amendments by the end of 2021.
In addition, by 30 June 2021, companies must file new mandatory documents with the “Collection of Deeds” that is maintained by the Czech Commercial Register.
