Zambia: Transfer pricing measures in 2021 budget
The Minister of Finance in late September 2020 presented the 2021 budget that includes certain tax measures.
With regard to transfer pricing, there are proposals to amend the transfer pricing rules to require country-by-country (CbC) reporting for multinationals operating in Zambia.
Another proposal would increase the threshold for required transfer pricing documentation to ZMW 50 million (approximately U.S. $2.5 million) from ZMW 20 million for domestic companies.
