Alcohol industry, third quarter excise tax returns due
The U.S. Treasury Department’s Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) issued a reminder to alcohol industry members filing quarterly excise tax returns that the due date for the third quarter of 2020 is Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
According to the TTB release (October 9, 2020), returns must be filed and taxes must be paid for there to be compliance with TTB regulations.
