The guidance provides:

  • For company mergers, company or share acquisitions, or the creation of security rights defined in permits, certificates or licenses, telecommunications operators must obtain the approval from the telecommunications regulatory authority.
  • For changing the company name or address, telecommunications operators must obtain permission from the telecommunications regulatory authority and pay a fee.
  • Telecommunications operators must notify the regulatory authority on changes to the articles of association or changes with regard to executives, officers, and board members.
  • Information about shareholders, the board of directors, executives, and others must be submitted to the regulatory authority on a yearly basis, before the end of the year.
