Nigeria: Certificate of incorporations must include TIN

Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission issued a notice announcing that a company’s tax identification number (TIN) will henceforth be included on its certificate of incorporation.

This new requirement eliminates the need for companies to apply to the Federal Inland Revenue Service for TINs after incorporation.
