Croatia: Criteria for job grants (COVID-19)

Non-refundable grants for job preservation in certain industry sectors affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic are available at amounts determined per employee:

  • HRK 3,250 for March 2020
  • HRK 4,000 for April and May 2020
  • HRK 4,000 for June 2020 (approximately U.S. $600) 

At this time, the government has not announced grants or criteria for job preservation for periods after 30 June 2020.

There are different criteria for employers with 50 or more employees and those with fewer than 50 employees.
