The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) held a public consultation meeting, 12-13 May 2020, concerning the 2020 review of country-by-country (CbC) reporting.
As noted in the OECD release, comments were requested on the 2020 review of CbC reporting as part of the ongoing work of the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) Action 13. The meeting this week focused on the key questions identified in the consultation document and raised in the written submissions received as part of the consultation process.
The meeting was rescheduled from March, and held virtually on 12-13 May 2020, and “video on demand” of the meeting is available on the OECD website.
