Germany: Guidance under FATCA regime

Germany’s central tax office (BZSt) in May 2020 released a newsletter (Infobrief FATCA 02/2020) as guidance under the FATCA regime. The release reports that a filing extension is not available as of 12 May 2020, but information will be communicated if one is ultimately granted.
