Colombia: No changes to transfer pricing deadlines

Colombia’s tax authority has not announced any changes to the due dates for taxpayers to comply with their transfer pricing information reporting obligations.

Accordingly, the deadline for filing the transfer pricing information return, the country-by-country notification, and the Local file currently is a date in July 2020 (the actual date is within a range of dates, based on the taxpayer identification number). For this year, the Master file is due in December 2020.
