Authorities in Jersey announced a series of measures that are intended to provide tax and economic relief in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Among the tax relief measures in Jersey are the following:
Currently, there are no measures in relation to the income tax instalment scheme (ITIS) and businesses need to continue to deduct ITIS and remit it to Revenue Jersey as usual, and the next filing and payment date is 15 April 2020. Also, there have been no announcements in relation to the upcoming income tax payments on accounts due from companies.
