Cambodia: Portal for registering investment projects

The “Council for the Development of Cambodia” issued guidance concerning its online portal (the “national single window”) with regard to investment projects.

The guidance—Notification No. 481/20 (7 February 2020)—concerns the implementation and launch of “master list” applications via the portal. Use of the portal will facilitate the clearance of imports of construction materials, production machinery and equipment, spare parts, and raw materials imported into Cambodia for use in a “qualified investment project.”

The master list is subject to the approval of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, and payment of any related fee must be made by electronic transfer.
