Decreto 300/2020 (Spanish) sets forth the following tax relief measures for companies that are employers and that provide healthcare-related services:

  • 95% reduction of employer contributions to the social security system
  • 59% reduction of the bank credit tax
  • 17% reduction of the bank debt tax

The measures in the decree are valid for 90 days from the date of publication in the official gazette, 20 March 2020.
